		<description>As one who was calling for Trembly&#039;s head I admit to dealing from the emotion of another horrible season. You put it all into perspective. Although I still disagree with some managerial decisions, especially with regard to when to yank starting pitchers, it is doubtful that the Earl of Baltimore could have done much better. Hmmm, actually that would be sweet to see. But seriously, you bring reason to a testy situation. The players should feel more comfortable during the off season and to build a new energy. We are told the pieces are 90% in place. This time there will be no excuses.</description>
